該機由PLC機控制﹐人機界面操作﹐自動準(zhǔn)確完成涂膠動作﹐并有多速段調(diào)節(jié)，生產(chǎn)效率高;
采用不銹鋼工作臺面﹐并加裝定位裝置﹐該機適用于方形、長方形、圓形各種不同規(guī)格的鋁間隔框﹔耐高溫密封設(shè)計．解決了涂布機普遍存在的漏膠難題﹔
該機分液壓系統(tǒng)和氣液系統(tǒng)增壓工作。
