1、中空玻璃設(shè)備不同廠家不同批次的玻璃在切開前應(yīng)先查看有無(wú)色差，將色差較大的玻璃分別用于不同的工程或不同的建筑立面中。玻璃切開尺寸應(yīng)按圖紙要求嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行。

一起操作人員應(yīng)注意玻璃表面，不得有劃傷、氣泡等顯著缺陷。鋁條、插角的選用：鋁條的厚度應(yīng)在0.30mm~0.35mm之間，厚度應(yīng)均勻一致。

2、中空玻璃設(shè)備完善中空玻璃出產(chǎn)環(huán)境，中空玻璃在無(wú)灰塵、無(wú)溶劑污染、溫度適合的環(huán)境中出產(chǎn)，出產(chǎn)車間灰塵污染會(huì)對(duì)中空玻璃密封體系各個(gè)構(gòu)件的粘接效果發(fā)生很大的不利影響。
