1、膠泵：A膠泵、B膠泵和配比泵均采用我公司研制的高粘度流體往復(fù)式高壓柱塞泵，結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，性能穩(wěn)定。高壓閥口均采用合金材料進(jìn)行特殊處理，硬度可達(dá)HRC70o，能有效避免因膠中的硬質(zhì)顆粒損壞閥口。密封件采用強(qiáng)化聚四氟乙烯，耐摩擦抗腐蝕，可適用絕大多數(shù)化學(xué)溶劑。使得性能更加穩(wěn)定，壽命更長(zhǎng)。控制閥采用靜面磨削，確保泵內(nèi)壓力無(wú)泄漏。

1. Rubber pump: A rubber pump, B rubber pump, and proportioning pump all use our company's developed high viscosity fluid reciprocating high-pressure piston pump, with a simple structure and stable performance. The high-pressure valve ports are specially treated with alloy materials, with a hardness of up to HRC70o, which can effectively prevent damage to the valve ports due to hard particles in the adhesive. The sealing element adopts reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and can be used in the vast majority of chemical solvents. Make performance more stable and have a longer lifespan. The control valve adopts static surface grinding to ensure that there is no leakage of pressure inside the pump.

　　3、STJ01型雙組份打膠機(jī)系統(tǒng)為全封閉壓盤密封，使得膠體與空氣完全隔離，不反膠、不氧化。有效延長(zhǎng)雙組份的質(zhì)保期。

　　4、升降系統(tǒng)采用手動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)閥控制。比例調(diào)節(jié)可通過調(diào)整滑塊在擺動(dòng)桿上的位置來(lái)改變，當(dāng)達(dá)到要求時(shí)擰緊螺母即可。

4. The lifting system adopts manual rotary valve control. Proportional adjustment can be changed by adjusting the position of the slider on the swing rod. When the requirements are met, tighten the nut.
