　　動力系統由我公司自行開發研制的主、副氣動馬達組成。該馬達經多家公司使用驗證其性能穩定、換向準確，壽命長，維護方便。

　　膠泵：A膠泵、B膠泵和配比泵均采用我公司研制的高粘度流體往復式高壓柱塞泵，結構簡單，性能穩定。密封件采用強化聚四氟乙烯，耐摩擦抗腐蝕，可適用絕大多數化學溶劑。使得性能更加穩定，壽命更長。控制閥采用靜面磨削，確保泵內壓力無泄漏。

　　The system is a fully enclosed pressure plate seal, which completely isolates the colloid from the air, without reverse glue or oxidation. A dedicated anti cone check valve effectively isolates two types of glue, preventing glue from interpenetrating and avoiding pipeline blockage due to glue solidification caused by interpenetrating. High viscosity liquid specific safety valves effectively prevent hose bursts and reduce failure rates.

　　升降系統采用手動轉閥控制。比例調節可通過調整滑塊在擺動桿上的位置來改變，當達到要求時擰緊螺母即可。

　　The lifting system adopts manual rotary valve control. Proportional adjustment can be changed by adjusting the position of the slider on the swing rod, and tightening the nut when the requirement is met.

　　比例測試時，打開球閥將兩種組份的出膠壓力調一致，用量杯接入即可測其比例。

　　When testing the ratio, open the ball valve to adjust the dispensing pressure of the two components to be consistent, and connect the measuring cup to measure their ratio.

　　適用膠種：硅酮結構膠、聚硫膠、聚氨脂膠、環氧樹脂膠等絕大部分雙組份膠。

　　Applicable adhesive types: most two-component adhesives such as silicone structural adhesive, polysulfide adhesive, polyurethane adhesive, epoxy resin adhesive, etc.
