原片玻璃厚度一般3～12mm，采用手工或全自動切割機進行切割，需保證尺寸合乎要求。在工人操作過程中應避免玻璃表面有劃傷，并選擇沒有氣泡、夾渣、內質不均勻、色差、脫膜等明顯缺陷的原片。中空玻璃的整個制造流程為：清洗一合片一壓合一打膠；隔條切割一彎框或插腳一灌分子篩一打丁基膠。

　　一、玻璃清洗干燥

　　該工序必須采用機器清洗，人工清洗不能保證清洗質量。采用5MΩ去離子水保證密封膠和玻璃的可粘結性，還可通過對水進行過濾以循環使用。通過光照檢驗玻璃表面是否殘存水珠、水漬等，如果存在，可以調整機器的運行速度、毛刷間隙、風量、加熱溫度再進行檢查。清洗過后應在1h之內完成中空玻璃的組裝。

　　This process must be cleaned by machine, manual cleaning cannot guarantee the quality of cleaning. 5M Ω deionized water is used to ensure the adhesion between the sealant and glass, and the water can also be filtered for recycling. Inspect the glass surface for residual water droplets, water stains, etc. through illumination. If they exist, adjust the machine's operating speed, brush gap, air volume, and heating temperature before checking. The assembly of the insulated glass should be completed within 1 hour after cleaning.

　　二、膠條式中空玻璃及鋁條式中空玻璃的組裝

　　首先進行膠條的粘貼、切斷。組裝膠條式中空玻璃要求合片室的加工溫度冬季在10～20℃，夏季在20～30℃范圍為宜，灌裝分子篩時由于膠條式中空玻璃的干燥劑為粉末狀，同膠混合均勻后發揮作用較慢，因此應當在膠條的裝配區域保證相對較低的濕度。組裝鋁條式中空玻璃要求的加工溫度在l0～30℃范圍內，相對濕度正常即可，但應當選擇合格的干燥劑，并且在開封后24h內用完。為加強密封，常采用雙道膠進行密封，丁基膠為第一道密封，聚硫膠為第二道密封。

　　三、玻璃壓合

　　膠條式中空玻璃壓合時注意合片玻璃邊部要對齊，壓片時在后面預留小口，讓干燥后的氣體從小口溢出，也可填充隋性氣體后隨即封口。

　　When laminating rubber strip insulated glass, pay attention to aligning the edges of the laminated glass. When pressing, reserve a small opening at the back to allow the dried gas to overflow from the opening. Alternatively, it can be filled with inert gas and then sealed immediately.

　　四、手動或自動打密封膠

　　鋁條式中空玻璃，合片后鋁框外邊部到玻璃邊部應有5～10mm的距離，用于涂第二道密封膠。聚硫膠應均勻沿一側涂布，以防止中間夾雜氣泡，涂完后刮去玻璃表面殘余。至此完成鋁條式中空玻璃的加工。

　　Aluminum strip insulated glass should have a distance of 5-10mm from the outer edge of the aluminum frame to the edge of the glass after lamination, for applying the second layer of sealant.
