　　1.玻璃切割設(shè)備 玻璃原片一般都是長寬6米，需要用玻璃切割機(jī)將原片切割成我們需要的尺寸。

　　3.玻璃清洗機(jī)需要保證玻璃的表面和周邊被清洗干凈并使玻璃表面被干燥，經(jīng)洗滌后的玻璃表面不允許產(chǎn)生劃傷、破痕、水漬等缺陷。

　　(1)應(yīng)能保證丁基膠或其他形式的間隔條與玻璃均勻、緊密粘結(jié)；

　　雙組份打膠機(jī)需要保證按要求的混合比例穩(wěn)定可調(diào)、充分均勻混合，出膠應(yīng)均勻；膠槍易清洗、存放。需要注意的是：涂膠后的中空玻璃，應(yīng)逐片隔開靜置固化，固化后才能包裝、搬運(yùn)。

　　9.復(fù)合膠條熱壓設(shè)備 復(fù)合膠條熱壓設(shè)備應(yīng)能按要求進(jìn)行加熱，溫度、傳輸速度、壓合厚度可調(diào)。復(fù)合膠條中空玻璃熱壓后的封口必須緊密粘接，不得留有氣泡和氣道。

　　9. Composite rubber strip hot pressing equipment should be able to heat according to requirements, with adjustable temperature, transmission speed, and pressing thickness. The sealing of composite rubber strip insulated glass after hot pressing must be tightly adhered without leaving any bubbles or air ducts.

　　最后，檢驗、包裝

　　產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量檢驗項目：外觀、尺寸、厚度、膠深、露點。尺寸和膠深用鋼卷尺測量，厚度用精度為0.01mm的外徑千分尺或具有相同精度的儀器測量。露點用專用露點儀測量。所使用的檢測儀器應(yīng)符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求，并經(jīng)過國家計量部門的計量檢定，檢驗合格之后，進(jìn)行包裝。

　　Product quality inspection items: appearance, size, thickness, adhesive depth, dew point. The size and adhesive depth are measured using a steel tape measure, and the thickness is measured using an outer diameter micrometer with an accuracy of 0.01mm or an instrument with the same accuracy. Dew point is measured using a dedicated dew point meter. The testing instruments used should meet the standard requirements and undergo metrological verification by the national metrology department. After passing the inspection, they should be packaged.
