雙組份打膠機由4個部分組成， A、 B膠泵、氣動系統、升降機構、機架等組成。

A、 B組各設一臺膠泵，在各自的氣馬達帶動下，分別作往復運動，將膠吸出并壓出。B、 A、 B分別固定在壓膠盤上，然后與機架連接形成各自的系統。

由比例杠桿調節：向內調節， B出膠減少，向外調整， B出膠增加。采用比例杠桿控制 B膠出膠量，從而控制 A、 B膠的比例。

出膠：由氣源處理器控制，逆時針調整，出膠量增加，順時針調整出膠量減少。

因為雙組份密封膠的固化需要一定的時間，所以，已經涂上了雙組密封膠的玻璃應該水平輕輕移動。

A、 B組份膠應保持清潔，嚴防異物進入膠水。

Component A and B glue should be kept clean and prevent foreign matter from entering the glue.
在連續作業期間，膠槍的每次停機時間通常不超過20分鐘，否則，應用 A組份膠將所有混合膠沖走，直到單組 A組份膠從槍口排出。

During continuous operation, the downtime of the Glue Gun shall not exceed 20 minutes. Otherwise, all the mixed glue shall be flushed away with component a glue until the single component a glue is discharged from the muzzle.
高壓膠管不能強行擠壓、彎曲，防止影響系統的正常工作。

High pressure rubber hose can not be forced extrusion, bending, to prevent the impact of the normal work of the system.
膠合板應經常保持暢通，以保證出膠效果。如果出現堵塞，可用丙酮浸泡后進行清洗。推薦5組清洗一次。

Plywood should be kept unblocked from time to time to ensure the effect of the glue. If clogging occurs, it can be cleaned after soaking in acetone. It is recommended that 5 groups be cleaned once.
如膠槍長時間不使用(超過一周)，應拆下槍體，使用溶劑將膠槍和混膠器中的殘余膠體清洗干凈。

If the glue gun is not used for a long time (more than a week) , the gun body should be removed, use solvent to clean the glue gun and Glue Mixer in the residual Gel.
不同雙組份打膠機生產廠家生產的膠體中含有雜質的數量不同，根據實際情況， B組分過濾網和單向止回閥很清楚，建議每兩組清洗一次。

According to the actual situation, B component filter screen and one-way check valve are very clear. It is recommended to clean every two groups.
