上片臺：用于放置待加工的玻璃原片，通常配備有自動傳輸裝置，可將玻璃平穩地輸送到下一工序。

Loading table: used to place glass raw sheets to be processed, usually equipped with automatic transfer devices, which can smoothly transport the glass to the next process.

清洗干燥機：對玻璃進行清洗和干燥處理，以去除表面的灰塵、油污等雜質，保證玻璃的清潔度，為后續的加工工藝提供良好的基礎。一般采用毛刷輥和高壓水噴淋相結合的清洗方式，再通過熱風干燥系統使玻璃快速干燥。

Cleaning and drying machine: Clean and dry the glass to remove impurities such as dust and oil on the surface, ensuring the cleanliness of the glass and providing a good foundation for subsequent processing technology. Generally, a cleaning method combining brush rollers and high-pressure water spray is used, followed by a hot air drying system to quickly dry the glass.

合片臺：是將清洗干燥后的兩片或多片玻璃進行組合的工作平臺。在此工序中，會在玻璃之間放置間隔條，并填充干燥劑，以形成中空結構。同時，還會進行涂膠等操作，確保玻璃之間的密封性能。

Splicing table: It is a working platform that combines two or more pieces of glass that have been cleaned and dried. In this process, spacer strips will be placed between the glasses and desiccants will be filled to form a hollow structure. At the same time, adhesive coating and other operations will be carried out to ensure the sealing performance between the glasses.

封膠機：對合片后的中空玻璃進行密封膠的涂覆，常用的密封膠有丁基膠和硅酮膠等。丁基膠用于第一道密封，具有良好的氣密性和水密性；硅酮膠則用于第二道密封，主要起結構密封和耐候作用，增強中空玻璃的整體穩定性和耐久性。

Sealing machine: Apply sealant to the laminated hollow glass, commonly used sealants include butyl rubber and silicone rubber. Butyl rubber is used for the first seal and has good air and water tightness; Silicone adhesive is used for the second layer of sealing, mainly for structural sealing and weather resistance, enhancing the overall stability and durability of insulated glass.

工作流程

Workflow

首先，將玻璃原片放置在上片臺上，通過自動傳輸裝置將玻璃輸送至清洗干燥機進行清洗和干燥處理。

Firstly, place the glass raw sheet on the loading table and transport it to the cleaning and drying machine for cleaning and drying through an automatic transfer device.

接著，清洗干燥后的玻璃被傳送到合片臺，在合片臺上放置間隔條、灌裝干燥劑，并進行合片操作，然后涂抹丁基膠進行第一道密封。

Next, the cleaned and dried glass is transported to the laminating table, where spacer strips are placed, desiccants are filled, and laminating operations are performed. Then, butyl rubber is applied for the first seal.

Afterwards, the laminated glass is sent to the sealing machine for coating with a second layer of sealant such as silicone glue.

During the production process, the aluminum strip bending machine bends the aluminum strip into the appropriate shape as needed, and the molecular sieve filling machine fills the desiccant into the spacer strip.

生產效率高：具備較高的生產速度，可根據不同的生產需求進行調整。一般情況下，一條中空玻璃生產線每小時可生產 10 - 20 平方米的中空玻璃，滿足大規模生產的需求。
