1、膠槍：因雙組份膠是由兩種膠混合而成的，其凝固速度與環(huán)境溫度和A、B膠的比例有關(guān)，混合后的膠一般在20分鐘之內(nèi)就會反應(yīng)固化。所以，當(dāng)設(shè)備在正常打膠后，20分鐘之內(nèi)不使用就必須將混合后的膠沖洗出來，以免堵塞混膠器和膠槍。

1)松開比例杠桿上的比例泵鎖緊螺釘，將比例泵內(nèi)外調(diào)整至所需比例。只有當(dāng)A膠和B膠的配比達(dá)到正常值時(shí)，才可進(jìn)行下面的操作。

1) unlock the proportion pump locking screw on the proportional lever, and adjust the ratio pump to the required proportion. Only when the ratio of A glue and B glue reaches the normal value, the following operation can be carried out.
2)置選擇旋鈕于A、B泵開，將膠槍出口對準(zhǔn)兩片玻璃的中縫，打開膠槍開關(guān)，以適當(dāng)速度平穩(wěn)地移動膠槍使玻璃槽內(nèi)的雙組份膠填滿充實(shí)為佳。打膠結(jié)束時(shí)關(guān)閉膠槍。
2) set the option knob on A and B pump, open the rubber gun outlet to the two piece of glass seam, open the glue gun switch, and move the glue gun smoothly at a suitable speed, so that the two component glue in the glass tank can be filled and enriched. Turn off the glue gun at the end of the glue.
3）打開 中空玻璃打膠機(jī)A（或B）膠泵充氣開關(guān)，選擇A（或B）膠泵提升機(jī)構(gòu)為上升位置，點(diǎn)動旋鈕使壓盤慢慢提起，此時(shí)應(yīng)注意：膠桶盡量不要離開底盤，直至壓盤完全脫離膠桶時(shí)關(guān)閉A（或B）膠泵的充氣開關(guān)。
3) open the hollow glass glue machine (A or B) inflatable rubber pump switch, select A (or B) rubber pump lifting mechanism for upward position, move the knob plate slowly lift, you should pay attention to: plastic barrel so as not to leave the chassis, turn off A until the platen completely out of plastic barrel when (or B) the inflatable rubber pump switch.
4）中空玻璃打膠機(jī)具體操作：將B泵關(guān)閉，打開B膠回流開關(guān)然后打開膠槍，至膠條為白色即可。

5）把中空玻璃打膠機(jī)混合器放到水火燒，直到把混合芯拿出為至；注黑把手里面還有一結(jié)。混合器和槍頭之間的旋轉(zhuǎn)部位不可燒；槍頭不可燒。可用鐵絲打通為止
