　　當批次基材涂布完成，待最后一段基材脫離涂布輥后，平穩停機。隨即關閉加熱系統電源，繼續攪拌膠料，直至溫度降至 60℃以下，再關停攪拌電機與風機，防止膠料凝固堵塞管路。然后關閉壓縮空氣閥門，釋放管路氣壓，保護氣動元件。最后依次斷開糾偏、張力控制及主控制柜電源，完成關機。

　　安裝涂布輥時需精準定位，到位后啟動氣動或機械夾緊裝置固定，利用腳踏式控制開關，方便調整輥間距，保證平行度誤差不超 0.1mm/m 。安裝完畢后，向料斗注入預處理好的丁基膠料，去除雜質以防劃傷基材。根據需求選擇單面或雙面涂布模式，雙面涂布時控制兩側膠層厚度差在 0.02mm 以內。

　　依次合上總電源與控制柜電源，設備進入待機。在張力控制器設定基材初始張力（200 - 300N）和分頻參數（25 - 55），避免基材拉伸、褶皺。接著設定涂布速度（5 - 20m/min）、膠層厚度（0.1 - 0.5mm）等核心參數，接通壓縮空氣，調節氣壓至 0.2 - 0.3MPa。啟動干燥風機與溫控系統，設定干燥段溫度（80 - 120℃），加熱膠料至 120 - 150℃。接通糾偏與張力控制電源，測試糾偏精度（偏差小于 1mm） 。待溫度達標并穩定 10 分鐘后，添加膠料并啟動攪拌。確認無誤后，啟動主傳動系統開始涂布，作業中隨時觀察膠層，及時調整異常。
