　　按下“啟動”按鈕，并將風機開關、水泵開關、毛刷開關、檢查燈開關選擇為“開”的位置。

　　將一定尺寸規格、已磨邊的玻璃放到入料段傳送輥上（先后放2片），自動送入清洗段。

　　玻璃在清洗前必須經過磨邊，否則會對部分構件造成損傷。

　　調節變頻調速器，根據實際清洗干燥情況調定清洗機傳送速度。

　　清洗玻璃厚度為3~12mm，經干燥后玻璃后邊緣有微量水珠。
