　　解決方法：

　　resolvent:

　　檢查并調(diào)整溫度至丁基膠要求的范圍（通常需咨詢(xún)膠供應(yīng)商）；

　　Check and adjust the temperature to the range required for butyl rubber (usually consult the rubber supplier);

　　確認(rèn)壓力在8-18 MPa范圍內(nèi)；

　　Confirm that the pressure is within the range of 8-18 MPa;

　　調(diào)整兩膠頭間距至鋁條寬度+1mm；

　　Adjust the distance between the two adhesive heads to the width of the aluminum strip+1mm;

　　若上述正常，需拆卸膠頭用煤油浸泡清洗，清除雜質(zhì)堵塞。

　　If the above is normal, the rubber head needs to be disassembled and soaked in kerosene for cleaning to remove impurities and blockages.

　　出膠毛刺不光滑

　　The adhesive burrs are not smooth

　　新設(shè)備：檢查出膠孔是否粗糙，需打磨拋光；

　　舊設(shè)備：可能是溫度顯示不準(zhǔn)，逐步上調(diào)溫度至出膠正常。

　　液壓系統(tǒng)漏油

　　原因：高壓油管連接處的組合墊老化或損壞。

　　Reason: The combination pad at the connection of the high-pressure oil pipe is aging or damaged.

　　解決：立即更換密封組合墊，避免壓力損失。

　　Solution: Immediately replace the sealing combination gasket to avoid pressure loss.

　　膠頭漏膠

　　Adjustment method: Manually adjust the pulleys at the four corners to the center position.

　　顯示屏不亮但設(shè)備運(yùn)行

　　The display screen is not lit but the device is running

　　可能原因：顯示屏損壞或供電線(xiàn)路故障。

　　Possible reasons: Damaged display screen or power supply line malfunction.

　　解決：檢查電源線(xiàn)連接或更換顯示屏。
