　　CL-B-01型雙組份供膠機主要有A組份提膠泵、B組份提膠泵， A、B膠增壓裝置，高壓柱塞泵，A、B膠泵連接裝置，雙組分比例調節機構，高壓出口安全分流裝置，液壓控制系統，氣動控制系統及電器控制系統等組成。

　　CL-B-01 type two component glue feeder mainly includes A component glue pump, B component extraction pump, A, B glue booster device, high pressure plunger pump, A, B glue pump connection device, double component proportional regulation mechanism, high pressure outlet safety shunt device, hydraulic control system, pneumatic control system and electrical control system.

　　供膠機的B組份膠出口處設有放泄閥，可以放氣或泄壓回流用，同位置還設置了超壓回流的安全裝置。在機頭上進入混合器之前設有關斷球閥和單向止回閥，防止A、B組份膠互串，造成固化而堵塞通道。

　　The outlet of the B component of the glue feeding machine is equipped with a drain valve, which can be used for outgassing or pressure relief, and a safety device for overpressure reflux is also installed at the same location. Before the mixer enters the mixer, a shut-off ball valve and a one-way check valve are provided to prevent A and B components from interlocking, resulting in solidification and blocking the passageway.

　　The volume ratio of B glue is adjusted by the double component proportional regulating mechanism, and then sent to the mixer mixer. The mixer is composed of 36 sections and above, and the double component glue is fully mixed to the glue gun, and the glue nozzle is sprayed out and coated on the edge of the hollow glass. The glue nozzle is equipped with a start-up quick closing valve to control the time of dispensing accurately.

　　The volume ratio of A and B is adjusted by two-component proportional regulation mechanism. The adjustment of proportion distribution ratio of A and B mainly depends on adjusting the slide on the front side of the high-pressure pump, increasing the B glue and decreasing the number of B glue. The proportion of A/B glue is 10 to 1 when the center of the slide is 16.4cm from the center line of the upper shaft.
