中空玻璃打漿機的精度配置有五種方法:1)完全互換法。完全互換法配合件的公差之和小于或等于允許的裝配偏差，從而獲得規定的精度，從而保證了裝配質量。

　　(2)中空玻璃上膠機不完全更換方法。在不完全互換法中，配合件公差平方和的平方根小于或等于允許的裝配偏差。可選配裝配，零件可互換，也具有操作方便、易于掌握、生產率高、易于組織流水線生產的優點。同時由于全換法的差異放寬，更經濟合理，但有幾個部分需要修理或更換。該方法適用于零件數量較多，加工精度要求較低的情況。

　　(4)調整方法。對配合件中的一個零件進行選擇，加工成各種尺寸，用于將裝配調整到允許的裝配偏差:或用可調裝置改變相關零件的位置以達到允許的裝配偏差:或采用誤差消除法。零件可按經濟精度制造，可獲得較高的裝配精度。但裝配質量在一定程度上取決于操作者的技術水平。調節控制可用于各種裝配場合。如調節椎體齒輪間隙的墊片、調節滾動軸承間隙的墊片等。
　　(4) adjustment method. Select one part of the mating parts and process it into various sizes to adjust the assembly to the allowable assembly deviation, or use the adjustable device to change the position of relevant parts to achieve the allowable assembly deviation, or adopt the error elimination method. Parts can be manufactured according to economic precision, and high assembly precision can be obtained. But the assembly quality depends on the operator's technical level to a certain extent. 　　(5)中空玻璃上膠機的修理及配套方法。在裝配過程中保留某一零件的返修數量，或重新進行精加工，以消除累積誤差。這種修復方法可以獲得較高的裝配精度，但在很大程度上取決于操作者的技術水平。適用于單個小批量的牛，或裝配精度高的場合。
　　(5) repair and matching method of insulating glass gluing machine. During the assembly process, the number of repaired parts of a certain part shall be kept or the finishing shall be carried out again to eliminate the accumulated error. This repair method can obtain high assembly accuracy, but it depends on the operator's technical level to a large extent.
