③斷續(xù)無規(guī)律花膠：與故障有關(guān)，如過濾器堵塞/針閥堵塞/壓盤故障/配比泵入口堵塞或者密封失效/安全閥及高壓球閥失效等;

④短暫停槍后又開槍時(shí)，開頭出現(xiàn)一段花膠：主要是膠粘度匹配不理想，需要調(diào)整系統(tǒng)管道或降低工作壓力。
