上膠操作松開比例桿上比例泵的鎖緊螺桿，將比例泵的內外調節(jié)到所需比例。只有當膠水a和膠水B的比例達到正常值時，才能進行以下操作。

和B泵設置選擇旋鈕,使噴膠槍的退出與中間縫的兩塊玻璃,打開開關噴膠槍,把膠槍順利在適當?shù)乃俣忍畛涞碾p組分膠玻璃罐。涂膠結束時關閉膠槍。

膠槍:由于雙組份膠水是由兩種膠水混合而成，其凝固速度與環(huán)境溫度及a、B膠水的配比有關，混合后的膠水在20分鐘內反應固化。因此，設備在正常上膠時，如果20分鐘內未使用，就要把混好的膠洗掉，以免堵塞混膠機和膠槍。具體操作:關閉B泵，打開B回膠開關，再打開膠槍，直到膠條變白為止。
