雙組份打膠機的構造原理
The Construction Principle of Two-Component Gluing Machine
1.由于雙組份密封膠的固化需求一定工夫，因而，已涂了雙組份密封膠的玻璃應程度悄悄搬動。
1. Because of the curing requirement of the two-component sealant, the glass coated with the two-component sealant should be moved quietly.
2.A組、B組份膠應堅持清潔，嚴防異物進入膠中。
2. Group A and B glue should be kept clean and foreign bodies should be strictly prevented from entering the glue.
3.在延續任務進程中，膠槍每次中止任務工夫普通不得超越20分鐘，否則，使用A組份膠沖出全部混合膠，直至單一的A組份膠從槍口排出爲止。

5.混膠器應常常堅持疏通，以保證良好的出膠效果。如遇梗塞狀況，可用丙酮浸泡后清洗。建議每5組清洗一次。

6.當膠槍長工夫不必時（超越一周），應拆下槍體運用溶劑將膠槍和混膠器內的殘留膠體清洗潔凈。

7.不同雙組份膠消費廠家所消費的膠內含雜質數量不同，依據實踐狀況明晰B組分的過濾網及單向止回閥，建議每兩組清洗一次。

8.任何因膠體固化所形成的膠槍、管路或零件的毛病，一概不在保修范圍之內。

9.活期給各泵的加油口加油，應保證油霧器內不時油。
