第一、在運用設(shè)備水泵之前要保證水箱里的水是滿足的，打開水泵之后要及時調(diào)整海綿輥上方的噴水管，保證海綿輥的每一個方位能夠被沖刷掉。沖刷時要用手清洗雜質(zhì)和贓物，力度不要太大。值得留神的一點是在冬季打開中空玻璃設(shè)備時要先將海綿輥浸泡開在清洗傳送，直接清洗傳送簡單將海綿輥被撕壞。

Firstly, before using the equipment water pump, ensure that the water in the water tank is sufficient. After turning on the water pump, adjust the spray pipe above the sponge roller in a timely manner to ensure that every position of the sponge roller can be washed away. When flushing, impurities and dirt should be cleaned by hand, and the force should not be too strong. It is worth noting that when opening the insulated glass equipment in winter, the sponge roller should be soaked before cleaning and conveying. Directly cleaning and conveying can easily tear off the sponge roller.

第二、在清洗傳送時，中空玻璃在傳送帶上要保證玻璃的平穩(wěn)，沒有放平穩(wěn)的玻璃在傳送時簡單下跌下來形成玻璃的摔裂和傷到操作者。

Secondly, when cleaning the conveyor belt, it is necessary to ensure the stability of the insulated glass on the conveyor belt. Glass that has not been placed stably may fall down during transportation, causing glass breakage and injuring the operator.

第三、在涂改膠時要均勻，中空玻璃設(shè)備鋁隔條上是需求涂改丁基膠的，在涂改是要保證均勻，全面，膠體涂改后要平坦無漏膠，無毛刺狀況。為保證鋁條與玻璃的粘接作用，主張運用丁基膠，且鋁隔條上不要占有灰塵與雜物。

Thirdly, when applying adhesive, it should be uniform. Butyl adhesive needs to be applied to the aluminum partition strip of the hollow glass equipment. During the application, it should be ensured to be uniform and comprehensive, and the colloidal coating should be flat, without glue leakage or burrs. To ensure the adhesion between the aluminum strip and the glass, it is recommended to use butyl adhesive, and the aluminum partition strip should not contain dust and debris.

第四、中空玻璃設(shè)備的雙組份密封膠涂改要健壯，拐彎處的涂改尤為留神均勻性，這樣有利于漏氣現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生。

Fourthly, the two-component sealant coating of hollow glass equipment should be robust, and the coating at corners should be particularly careful of uniformity, which is conducive to the occurrence of air leakage.
