The glass is supported and transported by a conveyor roller, which is driven by a motor (roller pressing section motor) through a frequency converter and sprocket. The glass enters this section at low speed from the cleaning and drying section, and after passing inspection, it accelerates to the next working section to improve work efficiency; The operating speed of the speed regulating motor in this section is controlled by the frequency converter, and the photoelectric switch controls the glass to enter the next working section.

　　水由水泵從水箱抽出，經噴淋水管噴到玻璃表面上，清洗玻璃后流回水箱，循環使用。若水質較差需配備水處理裝置（用戶自備），水經處理后進入水箱，按上述步驟循環使用。
