　　玻璃切割可以采用手工或機(jī)器進(jìn)行，但必須保證尺寸準(zhǔn)確無誤。切割過程中應(yīng)注意玻璃表面不得有劃傷、內(nèi)質(zhì)均勻，不得有氣泡或夾渣等明顯缺陷。切割好的玻璃應(yīng)按尺寸分揀并裝到運(yùn)輸車上，送到玻璃磨邊機(jī)旁邊。

　　Glass cutting can be done manually or by machine, but it must be ensured that the dimensions are accurate and error free. During the cutting process, attention should be paid to the absence of scratches on the glass surface, uniform internal quality, and obvious defects such as bubbles or slag inclusions. The cut glass should be sorted by size and loaded onto a transport vehicle, and sent to the side of the glass edging machine.

　　玻璃清洗干燥 ：

　　玻璃清洗必須采用機(jī)器清洗法，因?yàn)槿斯で逑礋o法保證清洗質(zhì)量。清洗前需檢驗(yàn)玻璃無劃傷，并最好使用去離子水。清洗后的玻璃要通過光照檢驗(yàn)，確保表面無水珠、水漬及其他污漬。若有缺陷，需調(diào)整機(jī)器運(yùn)行速度、加熱溫度、風(fēng)量和毛刷間隙，直到達(dá)到效果完好為止。洗完后的玻璃應(yīng)在1小時(shí)之內(nèi)組裝成中空玻璃，且玻璃之間不得磨擦劃傷。最好有半成品玻璃儲存小車，將玻璃片與片之間隔開。

　　Glass cleaning must be done using machine cleaning methods, as manual cleaning cannot guarantee cleaning quality. Before cleaning, it is necessary to inspect the glass for scratches and preferably use deionized water. The cleaned glass should undergo light inspection to ensure that the surface is free of water droplets, water stains, and other stains. If there are defects, adjust the machine's operating speed, heating temperature, air volume, and brush gap until the effect is intact. After washing, the glass should be assembled into insulated glass within 1 hour, and there should be no friction or scratches between the glasses. It is best to have a semi-finished glass storage cart to separate the glass sheets from each other.

　　膠條式或鋁條式中空玻璃的組裝 ：

　　膠條式中空玻璃組裝 ：加工溫度冬季應(yīng)在10-20度之間，夏季應(yīng)在20-30度之間為宜。相對濕度要求稍低，以保證膠條與干燥劑的有效混合和作用。組裝過程中，膠條應(yīng)均勻分布，壓合后隨即封口，并確保干燥后的氣體從小口溢出。

　　Assembly of rubber strip insulated glass: The processing temperature should be between 10-20 degrees Celsius in winter and 20-30 degrees Celsius in summer. The relative humidity requirement is slightly lower to ensure effective mixing and interaction between the rubber strip and the desiccant. During the assembly process, the rubber strip should be evenly distributed, sealed immediately after pressing, and ensure that the dried gas overflows from the small opening.

　　鋁條式中空玻璃組裝 ：溫度也應(yīng)控制在10-30度之間。合片后需在鋁框外邊部和玻璃邊部留有5-7mm左右的距離，涂布第二道密封膠（聚硫膠），防止氣泡，并確保涂布均勻。涂完后需刮去玻璃表面殘余，完成加工。中空玻璃的放置也應(yīng)正確，堆垛架底部平面與側(cè)部應(yīng)始終保持90度并傾斜放置，避免油漬和石灰等污染物影響密封性能。

　　Aluminum strip insulated glass assembly: The temperature should also be controlled between 10-30 degrees. After lamination, a distance of about 5-7mm should be left between the outer edge of the aluminum frame and the glass edge, and a second layer of sealant (polysulfide adhesive) should be applied to prevent bubbles and ensure even coating. After coating, the residual surface of the glass needs to be scraped off to complete the processing. The placement of insulated glass should also be correct, and the bottom plane and sides of the stacking frame should always be kept at a 90 degree angle and tilted to avoid contamination such as oil stains and lime affecting the sealing performance.

　　中空玻璃的檢驗(yàn)與包裝 ：

　　組裝好的中空玻璃需通過光照檢驗(yàn)、尺寸檢驗(yàn)和氣密性檢驗(yàn)，確保無質(zhì)量問題。檢驗(yàn)合格后，應(yīng)及時(shí)進(jìn)行包裝，避免長時(shí)間暴露在環(huán)境中影響質(zhì)量。

　　The assembled insulating glass needs to undergo light inspection, size inspection, and air tightness inspection to ensure no quality issues. After passing the inspection, packaging should be carried out in a timely manner to avoid prolonged exposure to the environment that may affect quality.
