1、打膠機壓盤冒膠
1. Rubber tapping from press plate of glue beater
①升降壓力太大。

②桶太大了，不適宜，客戶在采購時，先量一下本人的打膠機壓盤大小，如今市面上機器壓盤有三個規格的，560mm，565mm，571mm.

③壓盤密封圈損壞變形，老化發硬，改換新的膠圈。

2、混合不勻，呈現白絲，花膠

3、固化速度太快或太慢

①夏季氣溫較高，膠固化的速度會快一點，可依據狀況，把比例尺往數字大的方向調一點→（10，11，12，13，14），冬季氣溫較低，膠的固化速度會慢一點，可依據狀況，把比例尺調小一點→（9，8，7，6）
(1) Higher temperature in summer, faster curing speed of glue. According to the situation, we can adjust the scale to the direction of big numbers (10, 11, 12, 13, 14), lower temperature in winter, slower curing speed of glue. According to the situation, we can reduce the scale to (9, 8, 7, 6).
②A、B組份比例未調理好，A、B組份比例應按10:1（體積比）停止混合。各個打膠機比例表尺上顯現的比例和實踐出膠的比例有偏向，有的打膠機調到14：1，可是實踐出來的只要10：1，所以這一點就要靠操作人員去判別，一桶A組份膠（白膠）是剛好配一桶B組份膠（黑膠）。假如B膠用得多，膠干得快，把比例尺向大的數字調→（10、11、12、13、14），假如B膠用得少（膠干得慢，不夠黑，發灰），把比例向小的數字調→（9、8、7、6）。
