1.由于雙組份密封膠的固化需要一定時(shí)間，因此，已涂了雙組份密封膠的玻璃應(yīng)水平輕輕搬動(dòng)。
1. As the curing of the two-component sealant takes a certain time, the glass coated with the two-component sealant should be moved horizontally and gently.
2.A組、B組份膠應(yīng)保持清潔，嚴(yán)防異物進(jìn)入膠中。
2. The glue of group A and component B should be kept clean, and foreign matters should be strictly prevented from entering the glue.

3.在連續(xù)工作過(guò)程中，膠槍每次停止工作時(shí)間一般不得超過(guò)20分鐘，否則，應(yīng)用A組份膠沖出全部混合膠，直至單一的A組份膠從槍口排出為止。

4.高壓膠管不得強(qiáng)行擠壓、彎曲，防止影響系統(tǒng)正常工作。

5.混膠器應(yīng)經(jīng)常保持暢通，以保證良好的出膠效果。如遇堵塞情況，可用丙酮浸泡后清洗。建議每5組清洗一次。

6.當(dāng)膠槍長(zhǎng)時(shí)間不用時(shí)（超過(guò)一周），應(yīng)拆下槍體使用溶劑將膠槍和混膠器內(nèi)的殘留膠體清洗干凈。
6. When the glue gun is not used for a long time (more than a week), the gun body should be removed and the residual colloid in the glue gun and the glue mixer should be cleaned with solvent.
7.不同雙組份膠生產(chǎn)廠家所生產(chǎn)的膠內(nèi)含雜質(zhì)數(shù)量不同，根據(jù)實(shí)際情況清晰B組分的過(guò)濾網(wǎng)及單向止回閥，建議每?jī)山M清洗一次。
7. The amount of impurities in the rubber produced by different two-component rubber manufacturers is different. According to the actual situation, the filter screen and one-way check valve of component B should be clear. It is recommended to clean every two groups.
8.任何因膠體固化所造成的膠槍、管路或整機(jī)的故障，一律不在保修范圍之內(nèi)。

9.定期給各泵的加油口加油，應(yīng)保證油霧器內(nèi)不斷油。
