中空玻璃制作過程中的清洗干燥環(huán)節(jié)使用玻璃清洗機(jī)，該設(shè)備也屬于我們加工制作中空玻璃中必選的設(shè)備之一，玻璃清洗機(jī)不但能夠?qū)ΣＡнM(jìn)行表面的清理工作還能同時對清洗完成的玻璃進(jìn)行干燥，玻璃處理完成后可直接進(jìn)入下一個流程方便快捷。

三、制框

制框也就是我們常說的把鋁條，根據(jù)我們中空玻璃的訂單要求進(jìn)行彎折！這個流程我們要用到的設(shè)備是鋁條折彎機(jī)。這一步我們使用的設(shè)備是鋁條折彎機(jī)，他的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是效率高，加工后的鋁條整體美觀，主要的是很少對原材料進(jìn)行損耗，人工彎折會浪費(fèi)大量的鋁條，即便操作熟練的工人也會出現(xiàn)對原材料的損耗。

Framing, also known as bending aluminum strips according to our order requirements for insulating glass, is a common practice! 四、涂布丁基膠

這個流程我們需要用到的設(shè)備為丁基膠涂布機(jī)，該設(shè)備能夠快速的完成整個流程，效率遠(yuǎn)高人工，并且經(jīng)過加工后的鋁條整體也非常的美觀。丁基膠也能夠較為無缺的均勻的附著在鋁條的表面。

五、上框、合片壓片

其實(shí)這兩個步驟我們完全可以使用人工取代，也可以使用上片合片機(jī)來取代人工。

六、封膠
